About Me
Born and raised in Hawaii, I had always yearned to venture out into the world and expand the limits of my capabilities. With this wish, I committed to Penn State and experienced more than I could have ever imagined. My personal mission? To embrace life with an adventurous, fearless approach and change the world in my own way.
Throughout my college career, I tackled and overcame obstacles that stood in my path, until that very path led me to research. In the summer after my Junior year, I discovered my passions for data science and software development. Only then did I begin to see technology as an art form of its own right. My goal from then on was to take these interests and hone my skills in this art in order to achieve my life's mission... wherever it took me.
After graduating in May 2018 from Penn State's College of Information Sciences and Technology (IST), I took the opportunity to explore other interests in the world of technology consulting. Thus far, I have been very fortunate in gaining a variety of experiences over the course of 2 years and I look forward to what the future entails.
Disclaimer: The decision to create this electronic portfolio was one that I always considered, but finally got the chance to undergo thanks to my English 202C (Technical Writing) class in the Spring 2017 semester. I keep this note here as a reminder of how this portfolio began and how it (and I) have evolved since then.
At the top of screen, you will see different pages that focus on my academic and professional experiences, as well as those that focus on my leadership experiences throughout my college and professional careers. Please feel free to click through this site's various pages (on the top of this page) in order to find out more about me!
